Dilip has a Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering. He has an experience of 17 years in service industry from working on merchant vessels to hospitals and hotels, to real estate and facility management industry. He has worked as a professor for air conditioning at an Engineering College as well.

Dilip has immense experience in setting up and running building management systems for residential complexes, hotels, hospitals, industries, IT parks and townships.

In his last assignment he was heading the Facility Management division in South Asia for the world’s largest Facility management company CB RICHARD ELLIS. He was responsible for about 20 million sq ft of space management encompassing 130 buildings and approximate manpower, direct and indirect, of close to 5000 people.

Is currently responsible for the business development and day-to-day operations of the division for the region, providing development consultancy, property management and facilities management services to clients for a wide range of real estate projects in the region

Nabil holds a Bachelors Degree in Facility Management and has been in the service industry over the last 7 years. He completed his Facility Management from the Hogeschool, IJeslland, in the Netherlands. One of the premier Institutes in the world on Facilities Management. His experience in the service industry ranges from airlines to hotels to facility management companies.

In his last assignment with CB RICHARD ELLIS he was responsible for business development and day to day operations for Chennai region in India. Was a transition Expert for the region. He helped set up close to a million sq ft of office space.

Jaydeep has done his hotel management course from the prestigious Oberoi School of Management in India.

In close to 8 yrs of his experience he has worked for few of the best 5 star deluxe Hotels in India gaining a world class approach to service.

In his last assignment with CB RICHARD ELLIS he has been a mall management expert for the company. He was responsible in setting up operations for 2 big malls cum multiplexes in the country. He brings with himself, hands on experience to facilities management.
