Cleaning
Cleaning services are provided of the highest international
standards and specifications. Reliance Facilities Management
will appoint a cleaning company to carry out housekeeping
and will enforce the best housekeeping practices anywhere
in the world. A comprehensive cleaning schedule for the
entire development we manage showing items to be attended
to daily, weekly, monthly, etc; and impose strict supervision
on a daily basis of the successful contractor will be prepared
Pest Control
Periodical pest control measures including general disinfestations
would be adopted for flying insects as well as rodents.
Reliance Facilities management has strict quality controls
and ensures that only eco-friendly and bio-degradable chemicals
are used.
Landscaping
All landscaping maintenance and upkeep would be carried
out to exacting standards utilizing original designer’s
specifications and briefs.
Risk Management
Safety & Security
Both these services go hand in hand and are not exclusive

monitor its performance and ensure well trained personnel

Disaster Management
Reliance Facilities Management has formulated action plans
and fixed procedures to be followed in the event of unforeseen

Reserve Fund/Sinking Fund
We undertake detailed surveys and life expectancy analysis
for items requiring periodic expenditure on maintenance
and set up and administer a reserve fund account to allow
for these items in accordance with the owning body's procedures.

Parking Management
Reliance Facilities Management has a systemized and scientific

of parking space based on usage and maximizing space usage.
Planning and Budgeting
Reliance Facilities Management would assist the owners
by preparing annual budget forecasts of management expenses,
for approval by the client to ensure that there are no unexpected

Financial Management
Reliance Facilities Management will set up and maintain
a fully independent set of management accounts and prepare

Energy Management
The largest component of the maintenance costs are attributed
